PRACTICE:

Write at the top of a journal page.."What does my soul want me to know about..?" After the about fill in the blank about something you want specific information about for example, What does my soul want me to know about the job offers and which job I should accept. Set your timer for 3 minutes. Start writing without pause or stopping, just let the words flow onto the page. Once the timer goes off read back the words. How does it feel to you?
