Morning Practice in Nature with Molly Moon

This morning's 90 minute practice with Molly Moon takes place in the lush green of Mother Earth. This class is focused on cultivating a deep Earth Connection through all the layers of your being - your Koshas!
THE KOSHAS
Annamayakosha (physical body – touch the earth)
Pranamayakosha (energy body – exchange prana with the earth)
Mannomayakosha (mental/emotional body) – bring your awareness, your thoughts and your center into tune with the earth
Vijnyanamayakosha (wisdom / intuitive body) – open to the voice of your intuition to speak as an oracle for gaia through your heart center
Anandamayajosha (bliss body) – feel the deep joy coming from this soul connection to the earth.

Please Note:
At certain times, this class is intense for the knees.
Although it is demonstrated as an advanced option, it is generally not recommended for most students to bring their knee past 90 degrees.
We recommend that you take to the side of caution and take extra special care of your knees (and all the parts of your body)!
Using a cushion under your knees where needed, and sticking to a maximum of 90 degrees with the knees are the safest options.
