The video and some videos after this may mention the 300hr Kundalini course. The 300hr course was built first for yoga teachers that have already received their 200hr training certificate in Hatha/Vinyasa. Due to so many requests for a 200hr Kundalini training, the course was duplicated and modifications were made to adjust the hours and curriculum accordingly. If this is your first training as a yoga teacher and if you wish to eventually become 500hr certified you can additionally take our 200hr Hath/Vinyasa paired with either our 108hr meditation teacher training or Breathwork Facilitator Training. You could even go on to complete our 300hr Hatha/Vinyasa to become an 800hr trained teacher.
