Join our exceptional team of online teachers and healers on an adventurous journey of healing and connection as you embark on your 300 Hour Online Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher Training. Our immersive program goes beyond the conventional perception of Yoga, and helps you discover a higher version of yourself.
We follow the traditional yogic methodology, which views Yoga as a way of life, a science, and an art. Our approach combines a comprehensive study of modern asanas (postures), rich history, and philosophy, and a lifestyle that offers balance and peace in your daily life. You will learn, practice, and teach a broad range of yoga postures, grasping sequencing in Hatha and Vinyasa flows.
Our course provides ample opportunity to deepen your understanding of Prana (life-force energy), energetic healing, spirituality, and mysticism. We intertwine these teachings into the course with anatomy, sequencing, and breathwork, all in a space that respects and honors various religious backgrounds and beliefs.
