Alternatively, you may also choose to fly into Miami International Airport (MIA) or Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport (FLL), both of which provide easy access to the Florida Keys. From there, you can opt for a scenic journey by taking the Keys Shuttle or renting a car, allowing you to enjoy a leisurely 3-4 hour drive down the stunning chain of islands. Jolie Wilson, founder of Evolve Key West and Full Circle Yoga School, brings over 25 years of expertise in yoga, breathwork, meditation, and intuitive healing arts to her Soul Activation Retreat. As a transformation facilitator and healer, Jolie integrates her mastery of five different yogic practices, over 30 meditation styles, and 20+ breathwork techniques to guide participants through a powerful journey of self-discovery and transformation. She is also a certified QHHT Quantum Healing Hypnosis Practitioner, BQH Beyond Quantum Healing Practitioner, trauma release practitioner, sound healer, shamanic practitioner, Reiki Level II practitioner, and musician.
Drawing from her own experiences with depression, trauma, and anxiety, Jolie has deepened her understanding of the soul’s potential for healing and activation.
